How to Judge your government?

Just ask yourself.

1. Has my income increased?
2. Have my taxes decreased?
3. Do I feel more secure at my job?
4. Has my company increased its sales?
5. Is it easier finding a new job? If I am unemployed, have I found one?
6. Am I dealing with fewer inspectors, bureaucracy and regulators?
7. Has my cost of living come down?
8. Has my disposable income increased? Do I save more? 9. If I am a retired person, do my financial plans meet my expenses?
10. Do I lead a better life now?
11. Are people around me – maid, taxi driver, farmer, vegetable vendor, milkman, daily labourer etc. more secure – financially and legally?
12. Do the municipal, civic, traffic authorities not demand bribes?
13. Would I approach a police station, court if injustice was done to me, without fear of harassment?
14. If I see illegality, do I report to authorities without fear?
15. Do I live in a conflict-free, friendly and happier neighbourhood?
